Born from Lightning and Moonlight, Mithrael strikes with his saber of light. He is already an eon of years, but a self-made oath is the only reason he exists – that is to keep the “Temple of Light” of safe.
Wherever the temple appears, there Mithrael lingers. He is a force to reckon with his electrically-charged scimitar and lightning speed. A dead-level sentinel, he’s always ready to punish those who dare to cross his tryst.
Mithrael was originally a nameless sentry. He became “Mithrael” only after the temple materialized in Persia in 300 BC. Ambitious locals tried to overtake the mysterious temple in the belief that they can gain power from it. They marched in thousands toward the shrine. But true to his oath, Mithrael stood against them even before they could come close to the weir. Bolts of lightning flashed everywhere. And in just a blink, the pursuing populace was eliminated. A number who survived lived on to tell the tale about the sentinel with the power of light. Hence the name “Mithrael.”
